This Privacy Policy applies to our websites, its associated subdomains (collectively, our “Service”), and any other sites hosted by TB studio. This also includes our projects, TB studio. Minecraft Servers
- Minecraft username (public in‑game) and UUID
- IP address upon connection
- Discord ID via DiscordSRV
- Permissions via LuckPerms
- In‑game data: homes, warps, teleportations via TBessentials
- Chat and command logs, console logs (forwarded to staff Discord channels)
Other TB Studio Services (apps, websites, loyalty platforms)
- Public display name + ID (e.g. Name#1234)
- Email address
- User activity & preferences
- Transaction data (e.g. clients’ loyalty cards)
- Technical info (IP, device details)
3.How Do We Use The Information We Collect?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- User authentication and account management
- Enabling gameplay features via TBessentials
- Security, fraud prevention, moderation (including Discord staff logs)
- Improving our services (apps, websites, servers)
- Crash reporting and diagnostics via Google Crashlytics

- Minecraft data: Deleted when a specific Paper server is reset (only map an player inventory are stored for other gamemodes)
- IP addresses: retained up to 30 days
- Chat and command logs: up to 90 days
- Inactive accounts: archived after 1 year, deleted after 2 years
- Transaction logs: up to 2 years
- Crash reports: up to 90 days

We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
